Jeannine is responsive, proactive, and pays attention to detail. When we decided to purchase a vacation home, we had a few requirements in mind, but were looking for more guidance. We knew we wanted to be on the water, wanted nice outdoor entertainment space, needed for it to be seasonally rentable, yet what we wanted for our future permanent home, and had our budget, but that was about it. Retirement in itself was daunting but Jeannine made the showings and transactions seamless and with ease. I came down to look at property and then went home to think about it...…… then after deciding I was very concerned about how to do everything long distance. From the paperwork to securing inspections and every other aspect of the sale, she was on top of it and communication was excellent.
